Data: plates, passage times, camera frames, unit matching, panel usernames, and name-email-phone-message from the contact form. Grounds: legitimate interest (site security and parking order), contract (installation with the site board), consent (forms and optional alerts), legal duty (logs).

Images are processed for the gate decision and model training. Training frames are not shared for other purposes. Recipients: hosting on AIOR servers, email to [email protected], and authorities when required. Cross-border transfers occur only as the service needs and under contract.

Your rights include access, correction, deletion, objection and information on transfers. Write to [email protected]. Retention: live passage records for the site contract; form mail for a reasonable follow-up; backups per disaster recovery.
