Otopark Otomasyon is AIOR Technology’s layer for residential and plaza parking: plate recognition, barriers, time tracking and payment. We are based in Balkar Plaza, Osmangazi, Bursa. We replace the paper list at the booth and the “I know that car” habit. Every passage is a plate, a timestamp and a unit record.

We run the product on live sites such as Kırlangıç Evleri. The entry camera opens for registered plates; the exit camera stays open so queues do not form. If the entry camera cannot read and security opens the shutter, the system can record that as a fallback entry. That rule comes from the field, not a slide deck.

The console is AIOR glass: gray surfaces, Twitter-blue accent, the same brand in light and dark. Roles split super-admin, site manager and guard. Risky work (users, tokens, system) stays with the operator.
